We are drawn to businesses that help products reach people: packaging, retail commerce, and the services around them. Our real estate interests add a separate area of research and development.
Where we are today
Channel Checkride is our active retail strategy and commercial advisory business. Draymoor Ventures is in development. 611 Tropico Ventures is planned and not yet operational. Several additional ventures remain in private incubation.
How we participate
The right role depends on the work. It may be a commercial relationship, a hands-on partnership, a new venture developed together, or an ownership arrangement. We start by understanding where we can make a useful contribution.
What we are building toward
A group of useful businesses with clear responsibilities, sound economics, and room to develop over time. We describe each initiative according to its current stage, rather than treating plans as completed work.
